Your initial BusinessForOne purchase is covered by a 30-day full-refund period.
If you decide within 30 days of the initial purchase that BusinessForOne is not for you, ask for a refund of the amount paid for that initial purchase.
Email peter@businessforone.net and tell me that you want to use the 30-day refund policy.
Please use the email address connected with the purchase, or give me enough information to identify the transaction.
If you chose the US$99 monthly option, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation stops future monthly charges after it takes effect.
The 30-day refund period applies from the initial purchase. Payments outside that period are not automatically refundable unless the law requires otherwise.
If you chose the US$400 once-off option, the same 30-day full-refund period applies from the date of the initial purchase.
Optional continuing support, separately agreed hourly work, or other products may have their own cancellation or refund terms. Where different terms apply, they should be stated when you buy or agree to that service.
Nothing in this policy is intended to remove rights you may have under a law that applies to your purchase.
