This page explains what information BusinessForOne may collect, why it is used and how you can contact me about it.

BusinessForOne is operated by Peter Carruthers. My tax residence is Norway. My correspondence address is Calle Caracas 11-D, Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, 35010, Spain.

When you use this site, join an email course, contact me or buy something, I may receive information such as your name, email address, message, purchase details and the information you deliberately provide during the BusinessForOne process.
The site and the services used to operate it may also record basic technical information needed for security, delivery and minimal site measurement.
I use your information to reply to you, deliver material you requested, provide products or services you bought, keep appropriate business records, improve BusinessForOne and send email you have agreed to receive.
I do not sell your personal information to advertisers.
If you join an email course or mailing list, I may send the material you requested together with related BusinessForOne emails.
You can unsubscribe from marketing email using the unsubscribe option in the message. Transactional or service messages connected with something you purchased may still be sent where necessary.
BusinessForOne uses third-party services to operate the site, email, funnels, payments and other business functions. Those providers may process information as needed to provide their services.
Systeme.io is one of the main platforms used to operate BusinessForOne. Payment information may be handled by the relevant payment provider rather than stored directly by me.
Information is kept for as long as it is reasonably needed for the purpose for which it was collected, to provide an ongoing service, to maintain necessary business and tax records, or to deal with a dispute or legal obligation.
You may ask what personal information I hold about you, ask for inaccurate information to be corrected, or make another privacy request that applies to your circumstances.
